About Us

Genemos OÜ was established and registered on December 16, 2014 in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia (registration number 12769645).
In March 2018, the company was purchased by the current owners and rebranded.

The idea of the Genemos business came to Mr. Tamm as a spin-off project of the drilling equipment supply business, which Mr. Tamm has been engaged in as a top manager of a number of companies for more than 10 years.

The policy of separating tenders for the purchase of basic equipment and spare parts, in order to exclude the possibility of price arbitrage, has led to the emergence of a niche of suppliers of components and spare parts.

With all the necessary business connections in the industry, Mr. Tamn was able to contract the first deliveries through OÜ Genemos in 2018.

Strong agreements with customers and suppliers ensured stable sales growth in 2019. A balanced management policy allowed us to ensure the smooth operation of the Company throughout the year. Sales for 2019 amounted to 45.75 million euros. In 2020, despite the difficult epidemiological situation and the planned decline in sales at the level of 15-20 %, the Company was able to hold on to the turn-12 %.

In 2021, the Company plans to expand the current contract base by developing a network of buyers.
